  • Carrots

  • Celery

  • Onions

  • Chicken Stock

  • Pack of noodles or pasta

  • Any raw chicken fillet, thigh or drum meat (without bones) cut into bite size pieces

  • Two rounded tablespoons Karen’s Spicy Marinade

 

Cook onions, celery & carrots until soft. Add chicken & cook for five minutes. Add stock, marinade & noodles or pasta.

 

Simmer for half hour.
