Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees & place salmon or fish fillet onto a lightly greased, foil lined baking tray or roasting dish.


Coat top of fillet with one teaspoon of Karen’s Spicy Marinade and garnish with chopped fresh or dried parsley. Place in oven & cook for 20 minutes then on high grill for 10 minutes


Great with new potatoes, carrots & asparagus.
